Hey there...
I (too) am trying to get into making some music... :)
So as a total noob, I figured after learning the basics of my program, I would try to cover an "approachable" song... So I chose "Stranger In A Stranger Land" by The Byrds (link below), because while it's mainly made of clear loops, it sounds happy and joyful...
But when I came to writing down the structure of the song, suddenly it wasn't so easy...
No chorus/verse opposition here, since there are no vocals or lyrics... And does a one bar section count as an intro?... Also there's something like a bridge, but very near to the beginning already...
I'm confused... :/
So my question is this, I guess: how would an experienced musician "capture" the structure of this song in a list of steps/sequences, in order to make a cover of it?
Any suggestions please?...
