Problem routing multiple channels to SPAN analyzer, only two input and output channels.

Hi all

On the old laptop I used to route multiple tracks to SPAN analyzer, it had 8 input and output channels, but now I'm just left with 2 (pictures below).

I'm using FL 12 and 3.1 version of SPAN on 64bit version of Win 10.

If someone knows what is the issue, please help.
