It's like they attached an envelope to the midi data Or maybe even the time signature of that clip alone
Such a dope effect
Anyone wanna take a stab at how they do this?
I know you can manually enter the midi data in, but I feel like there's got to be a smoother and more efficient way... preferably using an envelope or even Xfer's LFO tool
