Does anyone know of any in depth tutorials that explain sound engineering for music producers? I know basics but don’t know exactly what I’m listening out for

I know I can easily search myself, but I’ve tried and I’m not sure where to start. I don’t know what’s advanced and what’s beginner. As far as sound engineering goes. I know super basic compression and eq for kicks, but I don’t know EXACTLY what I’m hearing out for, if that makes sense.
