Bringing energy into my tracks

HI everyone,

I've realized that the thing holding me back the most in my EDM production is energy and liveliness.

Whenever I listen to one of my tracks it sounds very low energy and lifeless, but whenever I listen to the pro's their songs are full of energy and sound very alive.

Does anyone have tips or links to a guide on this?
