Hello I'm a bit confused about sidechaining of sub bass and main bass. My question is whether the sidechain should have the exact same settings for both of them? Another thing that is bugging me is length of the midi notes ideal for sidechaining. Like what length is the preference for sub, main bass and kick? Don't get me wrong I know that there's no final answer for that but I'm thinking in terms of what works for you in regards of edm. I just can't get it to work probably for me yet and the confusion messes my low end up really bad. So basically what works for you guys?
