I put, for example, "TapeStop" effect on channel 10, and my main synth is on channel 5 and my sub bass is on channel 6. I "linked" both of the channel 5 and channel 6 to the tapestop effect which is at 10 and made an automation of the said tapestop effect, yet, I don't get the tapestop effect on all of the sounds that I linked. What am I doing wrong?
Pictures in here might help you - https://imgur.com/a/cm9wd (If you need any more pictures/questions, then I'll gladly respond to them).
Also, were in "general" can you improve the mastering "workflow"? Feel like it would be a good habit to get into proper usage of linking channels to other channels so that I spend less time on things etc.
