Hi, I made a sight-reading app that trains note recognition with your own instrument. How it works: You select the key / octave / clef and the app shows you a series of notes. You play / sing each note and the app tells you whether you were correct.
I have tested it with piano and a couple of stringed / bowed instruments and my own crappy voice. As it is a new app, it might not be super polished in every area.
Please have a go and let me know whether you think it is helpful / have any issues with it. Here is a link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.learnedapps.soundsightreading.free&hl=en
