I'm looking to buy a pair of studio headphones and I want to know if the ATH-M30x are good enough for use. I live in the Philippines so I don't have a good enough selection for affordable, quality studio headphones (AFAIK). The only other choice that I have is the studio-standard ATH-M50x but that particular pair is thrice as expensive as the ATH-M30x. (In comparison, the ATH-M30x is 4000 PHP or 80 USD while the ATH-M50x is 12000 PHP or 230 USD).
If there are cheaper headphones that can rival the ATH-M50x in quality, please let me know. Hopefully, it's available in the Philippines.
