Quick newb question - what's the sound of the rhythmic cheering of a crowd on-beat, such as I imagine is in Insomnia or Scooter tracks? How can I attain this sound?

I know NOTHING about music production, just having a play around today:

I want to add to a song the rhythmic cheering that I think you get in some trance tracks. I can't find a clear example, but I thought Scooter Logical Song/Nessaja or Faithless Insomnia live version would have it. Like, on every bar/beat there is the wave of a monstrous cheer of the crowd in the background.

I don't know how to make EDM music - I am just editing an MP3 in Audiacity right now, and want to download 'from somewhere' this sound and add it to my MP3. How can I find this sound, please? I am lacking the terminology to research myself, so I am asking here :3 Are these sound clips called 'samples'?
