The amount of times I start an idea, and abandoned it because I am worried that no one will like it and that I want my first song to be "the song" is endless.
I was listening to Aphex Twin recently and realized that he most likely wasn't concerned with creating a banger or a huge hit. He focused on what sounded good to him and satisfied him.
Made me look at myself and question why I do this in the first place.
