What I mean is, if I don't know much shit about edm production at the moment, I should focus on quantity, instead of quality - right? But how do I actually improve if I just make quantity that has absolutely no base? I believe I should be looking up tutorials and then trying making quanity tracks and learning from my mistakes, but if I don't know how to learn from my mistakes, how will I learn at all?
If I make 100 projects and every single one sounds like shit because I have no clue what I'm doing either in sound production or whatever, how can I progress?
I hope you got my idea. I definitely think that quantity is the way to go, I just don't want to stagnate and make similar, shitty sounds and realise that I haven't really learned anything (Or maybe, I just think like that at the moment and the reality is compeltely different than my perception of what it will be).
Advice?
