Is it possible to get away with having my serum bass and it's sub in the same track? I mean, I think it sounds ok - I just tried it for the first time. I usually have them on separate tracks, but I thought I'd see what happens.
I've heard of pros sometimes doing both, however more suggest to have a separate track.
Is it really necessary?
