I was watching Silicon Valley and Richard wouldn't hire somebody because they use tabs instead of spaces while coding--really just a style choice from my reading of it. But that got me thinking, what are the style choices you or others make in production (specifically live) that would prevent you, or deter you, from collaborating with them?
