Every time I use panning or make a sound stereo it sounds very distant and strange in comparison to normal songs. When I listen to normal songs it seems like they only pan a tiny amount and most of the track is central? while I've been advised to pan quite a lot? Piano sounds weird when panned and so does vocals, yet my only sounds in the drop are piano/vocals/bass... which are all central things? sorry for the muddled sentences, thanks in advance!
