I bought my NI MASCHINE today in a NI participating shop. It also includes the KOMPLETE SELECTION and I also have the serial number for that. Now NI offers 7 MASCHINE extensions for free if you buy and register 1 MASCHINE product during the 01.05 and 31.05.17 . So as I said I did that today and I received neither my KOMPLETE SELECTION nor the promised 7 free extensions from the promo offer... I wanted to contact the support but you literally can't do that. If you click on "CONTACT US" it always opens the FAQ tab...Iam just searching for a contact email or if anybody here can help me with my problem?
