If your interface is behaving weirdly, not working at all or some samplerates are glitchy, try unplugging your gaming mouse/keyboard. If it fixes the problem, proceed by uninstalling the software that came with your mouse/keyboard, and let windows install its drivers.
The way some software for programmable mouses or keyboards communicates sometimes interferes with the audio interface drivers.
I had a Scarlett Solo and a Scarlett 6i6 and both didnt work or were super glitchy. Turns out my Roccat Kone XTD Software was the problem. Uninstalled it and everything worked perfectly fine.
I hope this may help someone facing the same issue.
