I've isolated this issue to realise the problem is soley the one monitor in question - I've tried switching the leads, left right channel, switiching plugs and the power source but it makes no difference, I'm sure that the issue is the monitor itself. The interference though only happens when its actually connected to my scarlett 2i2, and the level of noise is congruent to the monitor level, or the volume. I've not tested it with any other audio source but the fact the other monitor works fine with the lead I was using for the other points to the speaker being the issue.
This is weird, as I barely use the speaker at a high level which could damage it and the last time I moved it was 4 months ago - prompting the question of why 5 days ago this issue began.
Any ideas? all help is very appreciated!
