So I want to make a remix of a classic jazz piece called "Take Five" by Dave Brubeck but I'm having trouble matching the BPM in my project. It feels as if the BPM changes slightly throughout the song and I'm hitting a brick wall trying to match the BPM.
I've tried looking up the BPM of the song online and I've found that it's somewhere around 168-172, but every tempo I try, the song seems to drag or rush; I can't find a definitive BPM for this track, so I've come to you guys for some help.
