So, in Ableton, I want to set up a send channel that has LFO Tool on it as a Sidechain send, trigger it with a dedicated trigger MIDI track, and then send my audio and other MIDI tracks to the sidechain send channel. Currently, I have it routed so that my Trigger track's output is going to the send channel and my send is fully engaged on my audio track, but I'm getting two instances of my audio playing at the same time--one normal and one being ducked by the trigger. I'm stumped.
Can someone explain to me how to do this properly?
