Been writing music for a long time. Never imagined it'd be this much of a struggle to transition to electronic music... I mean I can sit down and hammer out a rock album on a guitar in a week. Everything I come up with sounds hollow and 'computery' and corny. In my head I hear exactly what I want to put down, I just can't get it into ableton in any meaningful way.
How do I make it sound rich and full like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6MrE-bdZwmc
or this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-iwYHk_SwNA
How do I come up with all those cool sounds and womps and growls and backwardsy vocals and stuff?
AAAAAAAH!!!!!
