I wanna preface this by saying this is not an attempt at self-promotion (actually where my skill is currently I was apprehensive about linking to my soundcloud and letting everybody hear how amateur it is lol) but I looked around and it seems Soundcloud is indeed the easiest way to share a track. It's just over 3 minutes and it would be greatly appreciated to hear your opinion.
So back to the matter at hand. The track is here. It's very rough, mixing wise. I'm still getting the hang of learning the ins and outs of mixing. I'm also trying to get an idea of the actual true sound of the music as opposed to what I get coming through my $100 Sennheiser headphones. I used this song to mostly focus on practicing manually chopping up drums and messing around with Massive. I personally absolutely love this song even with all its faults because it's the first time I've hit play on a song I made from scratch and actually am able to hear exactly what I had in my head.
Soooo yeah. You guys never let me down (well most of the time anyway hah) and if there's one place on Reddit I know I can get true advice/criticism it would be here.
