Hey guys, so I just watched some videos about tuning my instruments but I'm still not sure if I get it right.
Let's say my track's root note is A#. I now want to tune my kick, so i go to the sample, open it in Edison, detect properties->pitch region
It says G#. So now, I go to the sample options and set the root note to G#. After that, to get it in the tune of my track, I pitch the sample up 200 cents (2 semitones right?) to get it to A#.
Is that right in theory or did I get something wrong?
