Me and a friend are currently trying to sample this track for a glitch hop track we are working on. im finding writing a bass line over 4 bar loops of the horns ion this track nearly impossible and i cant work out why.

I think the key is e flat major but whenever i make a bass line with the notes in that key it still doesnt gel with the sample in the way i would normally expect it to. Is there a reason for this that im missing ?
