I'm practicing ambient tracks to get ready for the soundtrack of a game I'm developing, but I'm lost when it comes to structure and progression, as I've never made soundtracks before. For example, I have the basics of a track, and its main components are a main pad, drum loop, and some rain ambiance. But, I have no idea how to structure the track. What are some good ways to write this kind of music's structure?
