Hey Guys and Gals,
I have been really into underground and tech house recently and I notice a lot of their bass has a real "throaty"(for lack of a better discription) texture to it.

I think it's at least 2 layers and I thought it would be a sin and a square with a comb over it but I tried that and what I came up with was not even close.
Could someone point me in the right direction please?
