When I compare my music to professional tracks I can't figure out what makes them sound better than my tracks. Could you guys help me find out?

This issue has made me lose all motivation and I can't be creative anymore as I focus on be technical and always feel bad when I can't achieve the same level of production.
edit: Also this one is the best arrangement I ever did.
