Let me start off by saying I'm very new to reddit- this is literally my first post. (If this is better off in a different subreddit) I'm also very new to electronic music production. As in, I want to do it, I'm reading a lot about it, but I haven't started anything yet due to lack of gear. Anyway, I received a Teenage Engineering pocket synth for Christmas, and I have no idea what to do with it. I've been messing around, but I can't save melodies on it or anything. (Or at least I haven't figured it out.) I was wondering if there's a way to save what I have by maybe using a computer, or if I can use it in tracks when I start making them? Does anyone know any tips/tricks for them? Are they even used at all in anything? I don't see a whole lot of them, I don't know if that's because they're low quality, or they're just thought of as toys. Thank you in advance!
