Hey guys, I'm 13 and just started making some music on my laptop and was wondering if i need to get an external soundcard/audio interface. I am using Live on my macbook.
My questions are, is the soundcard in the mac good enough quality when im rendering tracks or would it sound better with an external soundcard/audio interface. What are the advantages of having a soundcard and finally I have a pair of decent speakers but atm im just connecting them directly to my macs headphone input.
Let me know since im a bit unsure about all the technical stuff.
