I've searched on the sub a lot and have seen a lot of issues with Scarletts. Just making simple mashups I have a lot of issues with the bass audibly dropping down at points and sometimes certain parts degrading such as snares. I have also tried it on my Macbook Pro and even without the Scarlett I have issues.
On my desktop I have an i7-4790K CPU. I'm not sure if I'm doing something simple wrong but any help would be great. I've linked two tracks below that I think you can hear issues with during the drop is you listen well.

I've searched to try to find an answer but just wanted to be sure there wasn't anything I could do before getting a new one under warranty.
