Hi there! I just need help! I've been making music since 2012-2013. I was just wasting my time for the first 3 years: I used presets and samples so much and I was ugly in mixing and mastering. But for the last year I've been learning sound design and now I write my tracks from head and have better mixing/mastering level. My favorite genres are Trap and Hip-Hop (especially when they're mixed together something like some tracks by Skrillex, Diplo, Snails, ETC!ETC! style). I deleted all old stuff because it sounds very bad imo and created new SC, TW, FB, YT accounts.
Now I have some great ideas I just need to finish (it will be soon I hope). But the problem is an another thing! Now my main problem is making money as a producer! I used to try almost everything using computer: programming, drawing, video editing, photo editing. But now I do now 100000% that I like electronic music production and nothing else!
So if I like Hip-Hop/Trap production I should have money only from it! But now I have only 50$ per 2 month from sound effects and logos on AudioJungle. I just tried it to make money but I don't like logos and SFX :(
So how can I make money from Trap/Hip-hop production? Do I just need upload my tracks on SoundCloud as an artist? Or I need to create a beatmaker accounts and write beats (but I don't want it because beatmakers work only for hip-hop artists)? Maybe I need to get into freelance? Or something else? I just need an advice!!!
And the last thing. I don't want to waste my time on another jobs (like sound removal, logos, sfx). Is it possible or not?
