Hey guys, I'm trying to wrap my head around how a majority of Profesional producers out there are able to get their drums so punchy and tight. Borgore's tune Magic Trick with Juicy J is a great example of the drums I'm talking about (link for convenience sake: https://soundcloud.com/borgore/magictrick ) I've been trying for over a year to figure out how to either synthesize and or mix both a kick and a snare drum that sound similar to the ones in the drop... If anyone could shine some light on the process behind getting this final sound or even point me in the direction where I can find a similar sample, that would be perfect... It's been very frustrating lately attempting to get a similar sound and failing each time.... any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
