Hello all!!
We have been hard at work on this here /edmproduction Discord server, working to develop projects and themes and make a more focused, educational and fun experience for you!
Whether you've been here before or never checked it out, we are most excited to present a passionate moderation team that spans the globe, with a variety of knowledge of different DAWs, music theory and engineering in general. We recently surpassed 1100 members and have several channels in the server focusing on everything from production to sample-sharing to visual themes.
Recently we have started doing weekly themes, in which we center our discussion around a particular topic and gather resources. Last week was our first theme of Compression, and this week is EQ.
We have a plethora of equally exciting projects upcoming, so we'd love for you to join in with your voice and contributions to make this an even greater and bigger place!
Some things upcoming on the horizon are:
- production and remix contests with giveaways
- EDMP Discord official sample/preset packs
- Artist compilation EP
- Collaboration themed EP in two parts, one of natural pairings and one of randoms
- Weekly challenges
