Whats up guys. This community seems to be very lively so was looking for some help if possible.
How do producers get such deep basslines to sound so "thick". If you check the link I posted, there isnt a great deal going on but the track is dominated by the hypnotic bassline. It sounds like its occupying mostly lower frequencies, how does it cut through the mix so well without sounding muddy and distorted?
