Hey guys! I'm wrapping up a remix I did of the Weeknd's "starboy," and I'd like to put it on soundcloud, but I'm a little wary of the copyright issues. What are some ways I can avoid copyright strikes? I built the track around some isolated vocals, and changed the pitch as well, so hopefully it's less obvious to the automated copyright thing.
Obviously I don't plan to profit off of this or anything, I just wanna put it up so my friends can listen. Thanks.
Edit: I should note, i've uploaded some test renders of the song onto soundcloud under private mode, and they haven't been flagged. However, I don't know if that just means that soundcloud doesn't filter the private uploads.
