I'm new to the realm of EDM production, but I want to make a career out of it. I've got a good DAW, plenty of plugins, two good synths (which is probably more than enough), and good speakers. Now, all I need is a good MIDI keyboard. I'm planning on getting the Novation Impulse 49. I need a keyboard that will last, has plenty of features for production, and I'd like at least 49 keys. Is the Novation Impulse a good choice? Any feedback or advice appreciated.
