So I'm currently working on a new track and on my headphones it sounds absolutely amazing. The mix is exciting and everything has its place and seems to pack the right punch that I'm looking for. But when I listen on different speakers the subtleties that I add to the track aren't as apparent. Overall the mix it's still nice but like I said the small things aren't quite there. So I guess what I'm asking is do I make these subtleties less subtle in the mix so that they translate better or do I keep my mix the same and hope that people listen on say a good pair of headphones?
