it's future bass, but not so bright, with heavy sample use incorporated and it sounds very... musical, but hype and intense at the same time.
it's like festival trap and "soulection' style and future bass had a baby
in MYRNE's In Da Club he does two things I want to figure out ( https://soundcloud.com/myrne/indaclub)
first of all how the hell does he take 50 cents Acapella and make a melodic daft punk type thing?? like how the fuck?? the melody and harmony are perfect
second of all in the second (?) drop how does he make his saws rip through like that? they sound so intense but they aren't distorted or clipping like hell. I've tried making heavily compressed saw layers with so many VSTs with noise and a sub and it just NEVER sounda even close to the same it sounds so cheesy and bad
any advice?
I really want to learn this style but there are no tutorials about it really, they don't cover this style, it's a little more intricate than any typical future bass music
