Hello everyone, I am starting a collective of like minded ambitious producers who are aiming for the top. I want to create a small community of the highest achievers, i'm looking for producers who aren't settling for mediocre goals but are trying to get very famous, very rich, and very very good in a time frame of about 1-4 years. The Discord will be very structured with events, meetings, and strategic check ins to elevate everyone to new heights.
There are a couple of main activities and goals for this Collective. The first is: Growth rate. We will leverage each other's practice to surpass the 24 hours we have all been given, whatever you learn during your practice session every day you will write up a how-to so that everyone can learn whatever you learned. Whether it's a new VST, a new technique, or even new philosophies on writing melodies, whatever you took away from your session.
We will have events where we all vote on what we want to learn as a group and we will make it a group investigation, everyone practices that technique every day and pools their information in our weekly meetings until we fit it all together and everyone get's a brand new very useful skill. (other events as well...)
The second goal is accountability: At the start of your practice you will write in a practice log channel that you have started with what you want to accomplish for that day, at the end of your practice session you will write in that you have finished practice and how many hours total you did for the day and how you think your practice went in terms of focus and the goals you wanted to accomplish for that day. Everyone will see where you are stopping and starting and how big you failed or made it that day.
The third goal is volume: Without a gods volume of work you cannot hope to become anything of worth. You must practice as much as you can consistently every day, if you miss practice three times without a good excuse ie: Hospital you are banned. There will be no more league of legends or rocket league trash. This collective focuses only on people who are serious.
This is a very strict collective, and i'm trying a new recruiting method, everyone is invited who thinks they are up to the challenge and they are skilled enough to contribute. I will then weed out the weak and prune out the garbage.

I am easily beat in skill by hundreds in this subreddit if not more, I hope some of those people will share the same mindset and are looking for something like this to supplement their growth. If you aren't at least as good as me then you must have a serious work ethic for an extended stay.
