So I've been interested in trying to record guitar for some new tracks, but I've been wondering where to start. I've looked up tutorials but all of them are centered around a rock style, where the kind I want to record is acoustic. So my question is, where do I start when it comes to learning how to record acoustic? Are there any unique effects of mixing techniques that are useful? What kind of equipment or VSTs would I need? Any kind of help would be appreciated!
