First off, sorry if this has been posted before. I went through years worth of posts with "promotion" as my search and couldn't find this particular site. Not even Google saved me.
It was a site that gave you like two tokens or whatever they called them every 4 hours or so to send track submissions to blogs/channels from their site. It was very useful and I swear I bookmarked it last time but no luck.
EDIT: Nevermind! I found the bookmark. The site is SubmitHub.
