So Im using Ableton and I've encountered a problem I've never had or heard of before. Basically put, when I put my kick(raw sample) on a quarter note the beginning is distorted as though its clipping but its not. I move the kick over a bit and it plays correctly. I've solo'd the track and its not overlapping sounds, I've messed with the levels, I've changed it from being in a drum rack to putting the sample directly in an audio channel, I've selected several different kicks, and still no solution. This is driving me extremely insane, please help.
