EDIT: I hope this post isn't against the rules. I'm not trying to self-promote. If this is against the rules, I will take it down immediately.
So I'm working on this future-y whatever track and I've got this basic idea for the drop down. I'm trying to make the synths smoother and fill out the drop a bit more.

I have two stereo saws each panned in different ways to try and make things wider. I also have a sub-bass playing fifths underneath. Everything just sounds off. I don't know what exactly it is. Is it the composition/musical idea that is bad? I know the synths need a lot of work.
How can I fill this out? What can I change to make it better and not sound horrible?
I'm not sure how to process the sub bass. It sounds all off. I try to turn it up and it sounds horrible. I turn it down and it sounds non-existent. I don't know what to do with it composition-wise. Should I just forget having one? I'm using a sine wave on Synth1 (not Sylenth1) as my sub-bass.
Thanks, I can use any help I could get and sorry if I'm not specific enough with my questions
