So I am currently entering in the remix contest for Boombox Cartel's "Supernatural". And I am making a festival trap remix using the lead samples. When I chop them up they sound terrible with headphones but fine when listening on speakers. My question is how do I make these samples sound better? Ive tried but EQ on them and compression but no luck.
