I've reached a point where I am better then everyone I know or meet so now I am seeking fellows to participate in this collective. I want a group of extremely ambitious and skilled producers, we can team up to help each-other learn quickly and efficiently.
I want people I can actually talk to about production that are either better then me or in the same ballpark. I haven't met many, and that's not say they aren't out there, I consider myself at a moderate level approaching a releasable state. (see end for soundcloud link)
Let me explain the concept: This is a group where every member is taking production extremely seriously. We are all aiming for the top rung of the ladder. We will hold each-other accountable for practice times. Every day, we will sign in when we start practice and sign out when we finish practice.
When we finish practice we will also write up a small summary of the things we learned that day so others can learn them as well. We will hold small formal meetings frequently to talk about strategies of learning / what we want to learn / how to get big / connections etc. The discord will be open as well for informal chats while producing, idle banter is discouraged and production talk is always encouraged.
We will hold a big formal meeting at the end of each week to discuss where we are heading and our progress overall as a collective, set new challenges and events for the week as well.
This is a exclusive long-term crew meant for producers who are trying to reach an elite level who would like a extremely serious(musically) peer and support group to learn and discuss with.
Requirements to join:

Must have a rigorous practice schedule of at least eight hours a day minimum
Must be ivy league ambitious and want to be the very top in your production related field: Artist, sound design, ghost producing, engineer, etc.
This isn't for the layman, hobbyist, or realist, only obsessed skilled producers that are looking for a long term collective.
