Can I use Komplete Kontrol to play Nexus (Or any other 3rd party VST) pre-sets inside the Ableton piano roll?

If so, what is the most efficient way to run this setup?

Currently running Ableton standard, Komplete 10 Standard with KK49, Maschine Mikro Mk2 (Within Maschine 2.2 software). I'm looking into 3rd party synths, and narrowed it down to NEXUS2, Sylenth1, and Serum.

Which of these plays the best with my current rig?
