It starts at 0:20 seconds and basically goes on throughout the whole song, and can be heard best with headphones/earbuds. Sounds like a wavey, downtempo r&b effect that goes on in the background. Any ideas how I can make this sound using a synth (oscillators, modulation, etc etc)??
