I apologize if this isn't the proper thread but I figured that the EDM Production subreddit might have some DJ/producers that have used social media marketing companies before.
We're a DJ/producer duo from New York that has gained a bit of a following amongst DJs for our remixes over the past 2+ years. Where we're struggling is gaining an attentive audience on social media regarding our original records. We're looking for someone who's experienced expanding the social followings of music acts (preferably in dance music but not necessarily a required specialty) who can help us reach real potential fans on social media platforms, primarily Facebook and Instagram with Twitter as a secondary. If anyone has any experience with people who are successful with this we'd love to know.
