Looking for help getting Cthulhu to "print" midi notes from chords and arps

I figured out how to use the midi environment to route the Cthulhu VST into any synth plugin but I can't figure out how to make it print out the arp notes or chord notes so I can further manipulate them. Anyone figured out how to achieve this?
